Elannet is innovative in various ways. Changing working methods means changing management systems and regulations. Our strategy comes down to development of management systems that work autonomously as a natural result of the way they are used and designed. We call that cybernetic management systems. Good management is measured by its results not by the effort put into it. We don't want to take it hard but do it smart.
Legal implications
We are well prepared for the legal implications that our changing methods might have. From the nature of our business we see it as our duty to contribute to the development of e-law and regulations that make e-business workable. We also see many opportunities to take advantage of new working methods in existing legal systems. In many a case we will challenge existing regulations to see whether they can stand the natural law that e-business calls to life.
Social impact
In many respects we see opportunities for social and economic change. Enhancement of resource allocation and lowering of thresholds for participation will indeed have impact on society. So will the possibility to take collective provisions for social security and reduction of mobility. We are sure to rediscover that it is not the politician but the entrepreneur who can really engineer upon social change.
