Elannet participants are entirely free to decide upon the projects they want to do, the roles they want to play, the profit they want to make. They decide on what terms they work, when they work, where they work, with whom they work... However there are some basic rules:

Cybernetic management systems
Economic life largely depends on trust. The online society challenges traditional strategies for trust preservation. This is to say we need online alternatives that work at least as well as traditional methods.
In our vision computer technology should be regarded as a way to enable the span of control. This is why we are able to focus on the self-determination of the individual. Freedom has two sides here: Freedom to act and the freedom to show. Professionals who do good should be proud to show their capabilities, results and achievements. Elannet will give them a chance to show their assets and cash on it as well.
With Elannet we will introduce methods for trust and security which are beneficial for both business and individual professionals. Both gain transparency regarding resources and performances. It will increase profits, freedom and flexibility. It will reduce transaction time and costs.
Social network
Basically Elannet will be a social network. To benefit its participants depend largely on each other. Although they might not always be able to catch others faces they will see much of their professional capabilities, efforts and achievements. Within the Delivery Network and the Resource Network there is much space for directed interaction.
Active participants might very well have more professional contacts during the working day than they would have had in any traditional firm. For sure participants have to be capable to handle these contacts respectfully and adequately. Elannet will ever assert that it is basically a social network. Participants should always keep that in mind especially when they benefit from their mutual co-operation.
With these fundaments we are sure to be able to build up the cyber company that already exists in our vision.
